Ask her some interesting questions about art. First, ask a lighter question about art, then start qualifying her about art she has made. Be interested and ask questions about her art. Then, ask why she isn't making art anymore and why and that she should definitely make her own art again. That way, you have an actual interesting conversation, came from a place of value and you taught her something.
After that, you can try to escalate slowly with eye contact and maybe Kino and see how she responds. 👍🏻
