It's a combination of a lot of things. Usually I don't go for touch but I still get comments on the sexual "vibe" I give off.

A bit part is ofcourse how you look, you need to look like someone she actually wants to have sex with.

The topics you discuss have a lot to say as well. Not only sexual jokes, but openly discussing sexual topics. Not in the sense of "what you want to do with her" either, but casual conversation.

Eye contact is a huge part of it as well. Women can tell that you want to fuck them simply by how you look at them. Hell, even bite your lips (usually girls do this, but you'd be surprised at how well it works for guys as well).

Now, if you have built attraction - then go for touching. If you're standing, put your arms around her and bring her close to you and just maintain eye contact. Nothing else.

Don't bother for the "touch her arm, then touch 2/3 the way up to her shoulder followed be caressing her hair". Go for a somewhat aggressive move, let it linger, and then back off.

The most important part though of expressing your sexuality is tension.

Tension is in how you act, eye contact, how you move, how you speak to her. When you kiss her, the tension "breaks", so don't go for the kiss too soon. Instead, build up the tension over time until you see she's ready to explode.

Confidence, intent. Don't hide the fact you want to fuck her, let those indicators of interest flow. Boldness can be rewarded. Nothing is more creepy than a guy who pretends to be this innocent gay friend and then pounces when she's not expecting it.
