This is not completely accurate. What your describing is confidence. Seduction and confidence, while they go hand in hand, are not the same.

The art of seduction is getting someone to do what you desire, and making them believe it was their idea.

Here is a thing, you probably hesitate alot about what to say when you are with group of people. Girls or boys doesnt matter, if you dont have anything what to say start talking about anything. Things that doesnt make sense or what that does make sense. What bullshit is in your mind just say it, the goal here is to start talking and engage with people. Once you open up your mind will find some real things to talk about. Before talking someone dont ever try to plan what yo say or dream the possible dialogue in your head.

If you have ever been in conversation with 2 outgoing people, you should realize that what they talk about is nothing. They just talk and dont give a shit about the topic.
