Dude you have some reading to do. You can't come here and ask about every aspect of Game. First you must read The Game by Neil Strauss. Then I recommend The Natural by Richard La Ruina.

Drink a moderate amount of alcohol (a few drinks, not sloppy), dress well, go out to a place with many hot women, walk past women in a positioning that would allow you to interact if they wanted to, try to get eye contact. If you get eye contact, smile. If they smile back, say, "Hi!" Or whatever. Then if they respond well, stop walking and continue the conversation by saying whatever else comes to mind, doesn't really matter.

You can do only eye contact and smiles for weeks before you ever actually say anything to anyone. The alcohol reduces your inhibition to allow this to become comfortable if you do it 3x per week or more. Then you can approach without alcohol if you want to, as the effects become ingrained. This works especially well for the over-analyzers out there.
