Interesting situation

Heres my take. Going shopping has some pros and cons. The best pro is that because you are constantly moving from place to place with her, its going to feel like youve spent a longer time together than you actually have. This will make her more comfortable with you and open her up to getting more intimate. Make sure that youre not just following her around though, you want to lead her when you can. The cons are that a public place like the mall or wherever youre going is no good for makeouts/more intimate things. But you can try and use that to your advantage. If the chance arises to go into a dressing room, that is a great place. It will most likely turn her on and put her in a "naughty" mood. If you dont get the chance to go somewhere private while shopping, youre gonna want to go somewhere after. Hopefully one of your houses.

Honestly I would change the date. Do you have a place to take her? If not, are you driving her? The car would be a good place to make out.

Start with kino. If she's into it she will reciprocate. After a while you can say that you want to go somewhere more private. She should get the meaning behind it. With what she's already told you it doesn't seem so hard for you to at least make out with her.
