I think the how will be more important than the what or how you said "how far", which could perhaps differ from girl to girl.

when I do this I personally make it a priority to completely ignore the other girl ( this sounds like a contradiction… ), just because women are so good at picking up on "tricks" like that. she has to actually buy that she's not on your mind.
You can do this with body language, or rather, by not giving yourself away with your body language; for example I might make it a point to flirt with another girl with my back turned to her so all she sees is the reaction I'm getting from girl2.

most importantly, and you'll be surprised by how tempted you will be to do this, DO NOT throw her the occasional glances that you throw a girl you are interested in. the whole location where she is standing is a no-look zone. if she catches you once it's game over.

as far as the rest goes, just flirt your heart away like you would with any girl in a group setting. maybe don't shove your tongue down her throat if you actually intend on leaving with the other girl.

You can basically sleep with woman B, that will make woman A want you the most. However, the MOST important thing is that you don't flaunt it and it must look like woman B seduced, so it was her, not you. :)

This makes you pre-selected and thus very desirable.

You don't. Seduction can only help you become more attractive to women in general, and cannot cause one specific girl to reciprocate your feelings. This is known in the community as having "one-itis", and when you have it, game will be pointless. If you ask seddit for help with one specific girl for whom you obviously have one-itis, you will be downvoted mercilessly. There is no saving you, as long as you have the mindset that there is only one girl for you in the whole world.
