Yeah it's basic level shit, who you think he's trying to reach? Who you think comes to this forum? People who need basic help.

I think he raised some good points like how being "alpha" doesn't mean you all gotta act the same way. Find your own swagger and maintain it. Don't be eager to please her or to try to mimic her energy.

It was basic shit but I found it helpful still. I like the way he presented it.
