I came back from a little house gathering last night, and am in a bad mood due to failing to really 'make a move' on a girl that was there.

I approached her, and we spoke, and I tried to 'tease' her about things and be 'fun' (we played some kids instruments together like a 'duet'), lots of strong eye contact, and I even done some light kino, but nothing really happened. She didn't give me the impression that she 'fancied' me and so I thought i'd look creepy if I kept physically escalating. Like, If I'd have started grabbing her by the waste and stuff. I dunno, I just think it would have felt weird. (Also didn't want to get my hand slapped away in front of my friends who were there! Would be embarrassing)

I watched some full infields of MaxRSD's the natural, and I noted that in lots of his pulls, he doesn't really do much in the way of kino. Sometimes, the only thing he'll do is 'link arms' and walk them somewhere, always getting close to the sex location.

Also, with that 'noobthoughts' guy, he always seems to verbally state that he thinks the girl is hot as opposed to using kino.

I found myself this morning thinking, ''Man, I wish I would have at least have just TOLD her (verbally) at some point last night that I thought she was cute just to 'put it out there'. I'm not even sure if she knew I liked her!

So what does your interactions look like? Say after an indirect approach in a bar, or just being introduce to someone at a party or something.

How do you go from just being fun and friendly to trying to actually pull? Is it really just a case of continuously touching girls more and more intimately? Pulling back if they look uncomfortable and starting again? (i've read about escalation ladder)

Or do you actually SAY certain things (such as compliments, asking about their boyfriend situation, etc etc)

I just can't seem to get past the friendly stranger zone UNLESS I open in a very direct way. I feel weird trying to touch girls more and more intimately at seemingly random times in order to 'show my intent'.
