Don't do anything different.

Repeat: do not change just because you're catching feelings.

The moment where everything fails is when you were doing everything right, and you got the girl, and then you start feeling things for her and you completely go mushy. She'll lose her attraction for you and you'll get hurt.

Always be challenging. Don't give in to her. And always remember that if this doesn't work out, you have options... because ironically, that is what keeps her around and interested and trying to win your love.

However, I must say that by the time you wrote this post, it might already be too late.

Let’s turn things around : How would you react if the girl you’ve fallen for, who was independent, fun, adventurous changed and got all clingy, dull, boring the second you’ve told her you’d want only to see her?

You’d grow out of it! That’s it! I don’t know how you’ve been since the start of the relationship, but humans tend to go all the way to win someone over, then go lazy and wonder why it’s boring, go into routine, and shit... I assume you were doing things with her whom you both enjoyed? Well, continue exploring, continue being adventurous, continue showing her she matters, etc.

I sure hope by 4 months you mean you've been dating and having sex for that long. If so, the only thing you need to do is ask her to be exclusive/official with you. She'll either break it off or say yes, either way you're better off.
