Not really, did that before and she left him for me afterwards. It only caused problems in the relationship and it didn't last.

Did it once, eventually felt horribly regretful about it and told myself I'd never do it again.

Sadly, I'm thinking that that first time doing it caused me to have a kink about being "the other guy".

Well it's perfectly natural to feel good about it, when it seems like you're being picked over the other guy. It's like wining a competition almost.

Plus, I would argue that the cheating is not your moral dilemma. It's hers. If she wants to devalue herself and hurt her boyfriend's feelings just for the opportunity to hook up with you, that's her problem.

Some people have tall horses and want you to think they are better people for declining to hook up with a girl who is already spoken for. But, then again, life is short and you only get to do it once.
