If you're not enjoying the music, then why are you dancing? Why not find a club with music you like? I don't think that here is a specific time that "the magic happens". It happens when you are genuinely having fun, with other people enjoying themselves.

The same girls you kiss-close at 1:15 aren't going to magically decide to go home with you if you happen to bump into them half an hour later or something. The "magic" happens if and when you make it happen. You aren't showing up too late or leaving too early. Your problem is focusing on external factors rather than internal ones.

If you're exhausted, then perhaps you need to get some more sleep. Or drink an energy drink if you want to push it. I go out sober all the time as well, so I know what you mean. I think regular exercise would also help, because there's an emotional wall that's being hit at around that time as well...and it's EASIER to just go home as opposed to pursuing those base desires that were entertained earlier in the night. If you're good at the kiss-close and the number-close, then perhaps it's time to perfect the close-close. There aren't any rules that say you can't pull a girl from a club on your OWN time (as opposed to her time or the club's time... you know they turn those clocks forward anyway, the sneaky bastards...). Also, there's no rule against just staying where you are in your game. Nothing wrong with leaving clubs early if you're not feeling it. You gotta feel it, man. No sense in pursuing something unless your heart's in it. :)

Sometimes its better to stay at clubs till it closes cause your chances of success increase tenfold because girls are more likely to go home with you towards the end of the night if you come off as genuine and interesting

I found that a good way to close chicks is not at the club but afterwards at 2am when people go to the breakfast places to eat and sober up. Some interaction, some conversation, and then she goes off to your place.
