Had to look up what tinder social is since I haven't used tinder for almost two years now.

So from what I gather it is just where your group of friends matches with another group of friends? At least the purpose doesn't seem to be primarily dating although I'm sure it is used in that context.

As a result, I doubt there is a useful opener. Were I to use the service, i would probably open with "X location @ 9pm, u down?"

I use a trick I got here months ago. After matching, "Girls name!" Is all I send. They either reply "rickiracoon!" or a "hey" after that I usually point out something about their profile and suggest coffee after a few messages.
