Might have gotten a bit too comfortable but it happens man. Girls will react differently and she just seems to be the type that gets easily weirded out. I know a couple of girls who woulda been like "oh cool! is that human blood?". . .Don't dwell on it and let it get to ya. Don't chase. Move on

I don’t know which is worst, sending her the picture or the way you reacted after, kinda like a dog with his tail between his leg. “It’s just blood, don’t act like such a pussy” could’ve worked better than the “excuse me mylady, I’m such a monster” and treat her like a princess.

Usually with these situations, they were already a move away from leaving the conversation anyways. In fact, that proved to be the case. Go back to working on the basics and improve with the next girl. Don't over-invest into the conversations, don't make yourself too available etc.

Im a nurse and I would find this completely normal. If you were a crime scene clean up crew and you sent her a decapitated head with blood everywhere thats different. This is completely normal lol she seems like shed be annoying with other little things too

Things that made me uncomfortable for 0.2 seconds:

How 'close' you took the picture of the vials. (because its closeness, I feel it's just way too much blood infront of me)
The obvious 'yellow' plasma after seperation from blood. It unsettles me with how it looks.
The bubbles. (after centrifuging I guess?). It looks like spit to me which is kinda gross.

Here's my 2 cent advice: when you wanna show off what you work (which is super fucking awesome!) perhaps take a picture of the vials from a distance, or a picture of a microscope with a petri dish of blood. Something that doesn't make someone who hasn't seen blood in most of their lives be unsettled from.

P.S. She sounds stupid with 'you're gonna steal blood from me in the night'.
