It depends if you actually want to be friends with her or not. thats it. i think anything beyond that is overthinking. if you would be cool with just being her friend and hanging out with her, then just say "yeah im cool with just being friends" but if you were only interested in dating her just say "sorry but i was looking for something more than friends"

Don't take what she says at face value.

She might say she just wants to meet as friends, but she might still be sexually attracted. Meet up again and escalate
