Generally you want to have an excuse like watching a movie you mentioned before, cracking a particular bottle of wine you mentioned before, showing her your fish that you mentioned before, asking her opinion on the painting or tchotchke you mentioned before, or just asking if she wants to stay over.

Honesty is key, my boy. You'll know whether or not she is keen on following you home throughout the date, and usually women expect at least an attempt on your part to ask them home. So, you can, for example, simply state at the end:

"Look, I had a lot of fun tonight and I'd prefer it not to end. Let's head back to my place for (snack, dessert, coffee, tea etc.)"

The first sentence is the key and the second is just her excuse to go home with you. Most women will admire your honesty, if it comes from a place of confidence. If she says no, cool, try again next time or don't see her again, idc. But if she says yes then... that is good. Have fun!!

Seriously, just INVITE her. She made up her mind long ago whether she'll sleep with you or not. If she's still talking to you, she probably will. On the off chance she likes you and isn't ready she'll tell you that. The quicker you ask the less chance you actually do screw it up and turn a yes into a no.
