Why in hell would you ask?

It shows that you have done virtually nothing with women in a sexual way because by God, if the girl has a boyfriend then she will let you know. You will find out when you actually go meet women, the ones committed to other guys will let you know.

Asking if she has a boyfriend simply signals that you don't know what you are doing.
