I never worry about bringing a girl around my friends. But then I should say that my friends are awesome, or else they wouldn't be my friends.

not weird at all man, try to have a few drinks have fun and see if you can isolate with your girl later on, and if its really going well suggest to go back to your place or something along those lines.

hopefully your friends arent clueless and they help you facilitate the isolation. talk to them before hand
