23 M. I've never been one to have a big group of friends, so when I go out on weekends it's usually with my good friend from school. We complement each other mostly because we have very different styles of attracting women. The problem is I want to be able to have the relationships he does with women without doing it the way he does it, because my methods don't work.
To elaborate, I'm a pretty happy go lucky guy. I like to have fun, laugh at stupid shit, and fuck with women. Women see me as a "fun guy" mostly because of my childish/innocent demeanor. I'm confident though and am not afraid to physically escalate with women, so women have no problem sleeping with me. The thing is, it never goes beyond that.
My friend, however, who I would argue is less physically attractive than me (he admits this) is able to get the women he picks up at bars and clubs "hooked" for long periods of time. He's not as "fun" as I am, but he's able to control women's emotions in seductive ways that I can't. I would argue that he is even emotionally abusive towards them. He is currently in two long term relationships, and I have witnessed (sober) women tell him things like they want to have his children. He gets women obsessed with him but he never gives them what they want. He's like a drug of some sort. He keeps them hooked for long periods of time in ways that I simply cannot.
To get to the point, I want that kind of affection too. Women almost never hit me up or respond for a date even after they've slept with me. I want to get to a more along term, in depth place with women just like my friend, except I don't want to do it the way he does it due to my obvious moral qualms about his style of approach. It's quite cruel actually. Any advice?
