Create your own opportunity. Don't ask her out like every other tool, ask her to join you. Example "Hey sexy ass, I'm going to bar X later, meet me there."

It would put her in an awkward situation. But it just sounds like you have to make a definite move to get a definite answer from her. Just ask her out, but respect whatever response she gives you.
Will ask her next time i see her. At least that way i can put the whole thing to bed if she says no. Cheers for the response
