I'm going through a period in my life where I'm just totally motivated. I quit gaming, watching tv....

It's awesome when these sorts of things develop for a person! I've noticed there can be different stages of this sort of thing. Is it a struggle for you to stop gaming and watching TV, or did it reach a point where the escapism of those things was actually creating a physical reaction within you?

and I've been shredding through books on seduction and self improvement every day.

Just take it all with a grain of salt. Every single person who wrote one of those books is human, and their flaws make their way into whatever suggestions they may have. Still, I've noticed that many PUAs have at least some truth to pass on.

I started attending yoga, joined a dodgeball League, and quit my dead end job.

Did you have another job lined up or......?

The other stuff sounds good though. It's great having things to get you outside the house. A lot of guys stay inside over-thinking things in their free-time. It's all about balance.

The next step is learning how to dance. I will be spending 4 hours every 2 weeks on a bus just to get to Salsa. Is Salsa a good place to meet girls and what was your experience?

This is honestly one of the most helpful things I EVER did in "game." And I didn't even know it. I've picked up a few dances and the different dance scenes offer different kinds of people and music, which is nice. But any of those scenes offers some nice socializing. And to get good at such dances, you end up developing much of the same skill set we use in "seduction." Attentiveness to a girl and the people around you. Comfort in the area of physical escalation.

And they're pretty welcoming to men who want to try these things out because men are historically hard to get. They're often scared of it, really.

Note: I would recommend not treating salsa as a place to get girls, so much as a place to socialize and enjoy the dancing. The girls will come. Get a feel for the community you're participating before you start going at it. As someone who's been in dance communities for a long time, I can tell you that all the regulars know when a guy is just there to "pick-up." And it's not that no one hooks up in those communities. FAR from it. But some new guy shows up and doesn't pay attention in class, just hits on girls, etc..... Nope. They get ostracized fast. (I don't think this is your angle: the comment is more for others who come to this thread.)

I will always recommend dance classes for meeting girls and building self-esteem. The problem is

Well, that negates meeting girls pretty much since they're so far away. Still, worth getting to learn the dance for when you need it. It's great to throw in to convo and basically cheating for breaking touch barrier and establishing more intimate kino.

It is a good way to meet girls but....the people involved in the salsa scene aren't doing it to hook up! Just be aware of that. If you cold approach too much or try to kino every girl you dance with you're gonna get a stigma and end up ostracized. Dancing isn't about sex contrary to what you may have seen in pop culture. Dancing is sensual, not sexual. Don't go around killing people's vibe. That said, getting out and trying new things and meeting new people is always a great way to practice your game.
