You can't identify with anything that hinders your potential to grow. If you identify as heavily autistic, you dwell on those thoughts. You use it to justify your lack of success. If you follow any autism pages, channels, subreddits, groups etc, unfollow them. I've browsed them before. It's just nothing but negative. I firmly believe the people you hang around, the pages you browse 100% influence your life. Dump anything that doesn't benefit you or help you grow. And I mean everything, excluding a couple hobbies you're passionate about. Eventually you'll build some momentum, and you'll naturally find yourself only letting things into your life that benefit you. And telling yourself you're heavily autistic is not benefiting you.

For what it's worth, I know many people on the spectrum that found love. It may be an obstacle, but it doesn't have to stop you
