You should have brought her home that night. Tinder girls aren't looking for LTR, they are looking for a fun out and a ONS. The fact that didn't close, or able to close, meant she wasn't interested. She doesn't want a week later what you should have given her on that date. A moderately attractive girl on tinder can easily set up a date with any guy at any time. They don't bother messaging back if she felt the date was any good. She'd be begging for another one if it were. Messaging her will make you appear desperate. Cut your losses. Show the next girl you are fun, interesting, tease her, dominate the flow of the date, and to take it to the next level. By the end of the night, take her home. BTW a girl visiting town gives her a bailout in case she doesn't want to see you again. If she wants you she'll let you know.

I knew I fucked up right there and then. I was aware the entire time that this was a one time thing, but i still choked. Like should I have asked her if she wanted a ride back to my place? Or would she have made it more obvious that she wanted to go home with me? See what I mean, Im clueless with this shit.

Been there too just take it as an experience and lesson. You got a date so take it as a win. I would say read and be well versed with how women think, personal development and self-sufficiency (too many books to list), build up a confident character, learn from your mistakes, know what the end goal is and do what it takes to get it. Nothing replaces real world experience. Practice what you learn and keep what works.

To answer your other Q. Don't ever ask. Tell her. "Let's go back to my place for a two person after party" if you escalated the date well. If not give her a reason based on what you talked to her about. She can still refuse, but asking her makes you sound desperate like you're unsure. She knows what she wants by the end of the date.

Yea definitely stings right now but like you said, it was a good life lesson. I didnt do much with women until my early twenties so Im still experimenting a lot. Ill keep this in mind for the next time! Really appreciate the solid advice man, this is a real mood booster.

Probably no chance of salvaging this one. If a girl is on Tinder in a city she doesn't live in, she's trying to fuck then. A week is too long. I'd move on to the next one.
