If she asks you what you do for work you probably just tell her.

The truth is, if you just met her she doesn't give a flying fuck about where you work. She has no investment in you and is just trying to enjoy the night. So when you tell her "I'm working in marketing." it's the most boring answer ever.

Just use each situation as a means to have fun. "I'm a superhero crime fighter" drag out the conversation. Tell her you are in marketing after enjoying yourself. You don't owe her any answers to her questions.

But also know that "guess where I work" is the second most boring way of responding to the question. It also indicates to you her level of social skills. She's socially aware but not at the level of what I described above.
