Gyming. I never gymed and rarely had any luck with girls. For the past month and a half I've been going to the gym almost everyday and running. As well as tanning by the pool and eating a lot better than I had in the past. Once you start seeing gains coming in you notice a difference in the way girls interact with you. That makes you become more confident in yourself, and it makes girls want you even more. The mind set you develop from gyming and eating right is like nothing else you can think of.

On a date, if you are comfortable with yourself, she feels comfortable around you. The best way to kill a date is to be nervous, it makes her nervous and she wants to just get the hell out of there.
