Probably. I know a few girls that have kissed friends when they were drunk and say to have no feelings whatsoever..inhibitions are lowered when drinking. So yeh, probably just drop t unless you really think she has feelings and might be embarrassed or something, but don't be over bearing and pushy

In dealing with drunk people, and in general, one needs to dissociate lust and emotion. They are absolutely not the same beast. Someone might be flirting extensively with you and not have any feelings towards you other than wanting to have sex. They might have feelings for you in the moment, and then not retain them later. In this case, she might be externally inhibited from developing feelings for you. A way to tackle this is to not use absolute emotional states. Perhaps you should not say that you have feelings for her, absolutely not if she wouldn't do the same, but merely pretend like it. Not to be needy, you need to calibrate your commitment level to hers, but like talking about the weather while being physically flirty. This puts your intentions in a limbo, which might(probably) be attractive

One thing I haven't seen anyone else say is this: feelings are not rational. You have feelings for her because? It's nothing rational that she did. Or else that would mean any random person could follow steps x y z to make you feel feelings for them. Think about that for a second. Pick a random woman you know and are not attracted to whatsoever. I you were drunk, lonely, and horny enough to kiss her, would you want to date her the next day? Fuck no. You pretty much already decided what kind of relationship you wanted beforehand.

It's irrelevant that the girl in your story kissed you. It's irrelevant that she was drunk. It's irrelevant that she flirted or initiated it. The only thing that's relevant was her feelings and you have no control over that. Nothing you read about or tell her will change that.

So what's the point of my comment? You did one thing right. You got her to reject you before you invested any more of your time and feelings. What should you do? Move on my friend. Plenty more women out there for you. This one isn't going to have feelings for you. She might kiss you once in a while or she might even sleep with you. But she doesn't want anything more than that. So move on.

Kiss, and fuck other women until you find one that has feelings for you. Guess what? You might find that woman and discover you don't have feelings for her. Feelings aren't in our control. That's why people stop loving each other and get divorced. If anyone knew a series of steps to make feelings happen or feelings last in a relationship, they would be a very rich family therapist. But it's not how it works.

We don't get a choice in how we feel. We just feel. Same with humor. Ever heard a popular joke that you didn't think was funny? No rhyme or reason to it. A woman either has feelings or she doesn't. This applies to you and everyone else on the planet. You either have feelings or you don't.
