Me, too, man. At least in the beginning. But I was introduced to her by a girl I'd slept with and is also now a great friend. Dude, I don't like the tone of your post. It sounds like you want to target these women because you think they have low self-esteem. Other than the fact that that's fucked up, it also is a bad thing FOR YOU to do to yourself. Targeting girls with low self esteem is you telling yourself that you are a low value guy and you can only scrape the bottom of the barrel. Believe me, I've been there.

No definitely DO NOT do that. You clearly have very little experience with women.
First, don't judge people by their outfits and stuff and just assume that they are "easy." Those are people too, and they are just as smart and deep as you are. You need to treat them like people, not fuckdolls.
Second, you can't just "walk up to a girl and get her number." You need to build a rapport and an emotional connection. Those girls can fuck any guy they want, why would they want you?
And don't ever, ever, ever, text a girl and say you want to fuck her. Ugh.

Technically this may be true, but it takes a lot of rejection. There's guys who literally ask every woman if they want to have sex, and they get rejected 98% of the time. They're creepy.
