Been working at a restaurant for 2 months now and I am crushing hard on this one coworker of mine. She's cool as fuck and hands down the hottest girl I've ever had a crush on. I recently lost over 25 lbs and I think I have a shot. I'm not afraid to talk to her or anything like that, we actually get along really well and she thinks I'm hilarious. I'm just not really familiar with the whole "dating" process. How should I make my move, and what should I do as far as getting her to go out on a date with me and possibly be my girlfriend?
