Do you guys think a coaching session is worth the investment?

disclaimer: I'm one of those people that offers services like that.

I would say that all "coaches' are limited in what they can do because everybody's hangups are different and you need to be a master psychologist to figure out everyone's sticking point.

Also, no matter what advice you get, you need to "put it in your own words' so it makes sense to you.

Ask yourself this: have you even tried it yet? Don't pay a coach unless you've tried it a lot and youve identified some articulable sticking point that you need help with.

I am a coach as well. If you can find a good coach, it can be really helpful. First, approach a lot, see what you can figure out on your own, and then, if you need the help, you can see if there are any really good coaches nearby.

Well ask yourself the question: what they will show you that you can't figure out alone? After all it's up to you, to do the next step. I think most of the clients on these bootcamps want fast results ASAP. With seduction it's a whole improvement process and you need the time. You can't go from zero to HB10s in 1-2 weeks... It's like puting a kid in an Adult's role. It might work, but most of the times it will be complete failure.

Depends on the type of coaching; majority of them are focused on extroverts, which will not work for introverts.

If you're an introvert, check out Nick Neeson's Introverted Badass, it looks like the best one I came across.
