TLDR: I’ll decide a girl is not a girl I want to spend time with, but I will still value what she has to say and be mentally invested in her opinion of me. It can make me anxious when I don’t need to be. Any advice?
FULL TEXT: So I need some inner game help, I find that I’ll still be mentally invested in girls that I shouldn’t, even after having figuring out I don’t like certain traits about them.
For example, if I meet a new girl in class that I think is attractive, and find out that she’s really self centered, real attitudey and defensive, overall a bitch, I’ll know not to escalate any further and to keep it casual. However, I find that I still value her opinion or wonder what she thinks about me, and find her sexually attractive.
I’m sure this has to do with me not having a strong abundance mentality, and I’m still working on developing a fully secure self esteem, so I don’t beat myself up over it, but it ends up hurting my confidence in the long run because when I have to interact with girls I’ve already decided I won’t escalate with, my anxieties start creeping up because I still value their opinion. My actions aren’t congruent with my beliefs so I end up nervous when I shouldn’t be. Any advice?
