She's not going to forget about your existence. Stop messaging her, it's not going to increase her attraction. All texting her for the next few weeks is going to do is make you appear more common, and you are going to reveal far too much information, resulting in her knowing enough about you and not wanting to go out with you again.

This fear of her forgetting about you comes from scarcity. Go and meet new women in the country you are currently in, and deal with the one in your country when you get back. If she ghosts you, so what. There's hundreds of millions other available.

Lower the texting to no more than a couple replies a day. What are you doing in the other country? You can tell her you are going to go signaless on a trip somewhere for like a week, at least.

Avoid to stop replying at all for no reason that entire time because 3 weeks is way too long. If you completely stop messaging her, another guys can meet her before you and she will completely forget about you and won't honor the plans you made. You need to still be present, scarcely, but around. Ignore this if you are a gigachad, then you can get away with whatever you do.

Still, this situation is absolutely not ideal. Tinder dates must be arranged and happen legit within the next 2 business days at worst.
