Yo guys I’m switching gears a bit from my usual content to dive into something crucial: approach anxiety. Just a real talk about the fears and hurdles many of us face when trying to connect with someone we're interested in - especially here on this subreddit apparently.

"Leagues" arent real

Approach anxiety is all about feeling inadequate or like you don't belong. But guess what? Being attractive is not personal, it's more of a skill than anything else.

Building that skill kicks this "inadequacy" anxiety out.

And so, there's no such thing as "girls out of your league" in dating; it's about boosting your social skills and self-esteem. You do the right things the right way, you get the girls. You don't do the right things the right way? Then you practice.

So yes, you gotta start Investing in yourself, whether it's hitting the gym, learning new things, or leveling up in your career (preferably all those things at once).

Stop thinking you can't. You can. Now go and start already.

Develop your skills

Dating is like anything else—it takes practice and skill. Having a structured approach to conversations can make all the difference in "getting that girl" or not.

You need a structured approach to take the guesswork out of what to say next and makes things smoother for everyone. No canned lines, but a clear action plan. I cannot stress this enough. It is extremely important if you want to go from average to great. Then...

Practice, Practice, Practice:

Getting better at socializing means getting out there and doing it, even if it means facing rejection. Learning from those moments is literally how you grow.

Cope with Rejection

Rejection stings, but it's part of the game. Understanding that it's a natural part of the process and focusing on personal growth helps take the edge off.

Not every interaction will lead to a connection, and that's okay. Enjoy the ride instead of fixating on the end goal, focus on enjoying the journey and the people you meet along the way. A positive mindset is what keeps you motivated long enough to see yourself actually get better (instead of giving up before you see the first results).

Those are the things that helped me most, I go more in depth about it in this video right here btw.

At the end of the day 100% of the guys who are good with girls learned this along the way. By embracing discomfort, seeking rejection, and focusing on personal growth, you build the confidence and skills needed to get girls you really want.
