TL;DR

Beta-lyf: porn addict since 12. Had gay sexual experiences first, which he blames on porn. Pays hooker for sex...

But his big night in particular: out drinking with friends. Has an alpha night out; centre of attention, social proof etc. Pays little attention to cute girl because he assumes she is lesbian. Laughs when she asks for a drink, and buys one for friend instead (but thinks this was a dickish thing to do. She shows more interest, and he eventually escalates. Says "let's agree right now that I won't try to fuck you tonight" because he doesn't want the pressure on either of them.

My highlight

"She asked me to buy her a drink and I laughed in her face (playfully from the back of my throat); then bought my friend a drink right in front of her (I don't recommend this because circumstances let it happen the way it did; I didn't INTEND to buy him a drink in front of her and look like a dick, so just keep that in mind)."

The thing that struck me about this story is that he keeps trying to justify himself to strangers on the internet as a 'good guy'. He doesn't associate his display of high social status and dismissive behaviours that night with his eventual success. I can't help but feel he will be on another dry spell unless he learns.
