How do I deal with mind crushing anxiety + unhealthy approach aftershock?

Hey man i totally relate to you, yours seems worse than me but just know that you are not the only struggling with this there are millions who are having hard time socializing , i don't know how to help you but i hope you will find peace

Well I think you know this but you are overthinking the fuck out of everything.

It took me to be made a complete fool of and hilariously embarassed to stop overthinking things, so I'm not sure I have some magic words.

Really the idea is that thinking exerts energy and the type of thinking you are doing is causing stresa and literally hurting your body. Its negative in nature, you can tell. What you do when you NOTICE these negative thoughts, is to immediately distract yourself, I often drop to the ground and do pushups until failure, then I feel better.

Lifting weights has also benefited my brain I notice a lot less negative thoughts in general as well as an easier time solving problems.

Yea, I had terrible social anxiety my whole life. I slowly learned that it was an emotional problem, so it had to be handled emotionally.

There're practices that allow you to clear out the stress and fear out of your body and when you get good at them, it massively helps. Of course, there're soooo many things that need to be had in combination.

As someone currently going through this let me assure you. IT IS NOT YOU. It may be a number of things, but just keep plowing man. Remember this, When you are about to give up. Is when you should be trying your hardest. You will make it bro, and sooner than you think.

Try having fun with it, hell if it isn't going to work out anyway might as well have a good time right?
