So last night I was talking to this girl I wanna make out with for a good 15 minutes but I just didn't know when to go for the kiss.

I made out with a random girl in 1 minute of meeting her at a club the other night. You took too long.

What could I do to hint I wanted to kiss her?

You're not a girl, don't hint.

Or how to tell if she was into me that way?

Stand close to her. If she moves back, back off. If she lets you come close, good sign.

If you are inches from her face, just kiss.

Let there be a couple of seconds of silence. if she smiles and looks at your lips for a milisecond, go for it. If the silence is uncomfortable and she's looking away, don't.
