This is just bad advice. Maybe that works with grown women, but there is no teenage girl in the world who wants to be chatted up in front of her parents. It's embarrassing and awkward for her. The likelihood that a girl being with her mom/dad would be an asset is far less than the likelihood that it would be a liability. And even if the mom does end up on your side, what 18 year old girl gives a shit about who their mom thinks they should date?

OP needs to rethink where he's trying to find girls, not shove a square peg into a round hole. Where the hell is an 18 year old looking for girls that they're always around their parents? They can drive at that age. Go to a pool or the mall or a sports game, hell, even a party. Why was this not the first question that came up? A little bit of strategy goes a long way here.
