PSA: Can we all on this thread, cut it out with the nonsense over-generalization about how dating co-workers is "bad?" If there's a rule, it's that you can date coworkers if you can be discreet and do so without being a dick.

If you can't keep your mouth shut and you make it obvious that something is going on while you're at work, then you lack the maturity to date coworkers and you definitely shouldn't. If you can't date people without being a dick and burning bridges, then you shouldn't date coworkers.

I usually leave the girls with boyfs alone. Its not worth the hassle , I think 64% of 18-29s are single. Find another catch thats worth while, that might make her jelly and come to you if shes actually interested

If you want something casual, then you could still try for something, if you can keep it 100% out of the workplace. Just realize that you'd be an idiot for getting emotionally attached to her at this point.
If you want something serious, then you're done here. You have nowhere to go with this.
