Closing not just with girls, but also in general as well. Like getting someones number and seeing them again (not just girls but friend-wise too). I would really like some help with it.

This is mainly because until recently I was satisfied with the small amount of times that it happens the other way around, with other people taking the lead. Now I am at the point where I want to take the lead, but since I have never really done so I have no idea what to do.

I am in college BTW. I definitely am likeable enough, girls sometimes ask for my number and have messaged me first, make excuses to follow and talk to me after class, etc.. So all of this has kind of "spoiled" me in a sense that I have never felt the need to take those steps myself. I am deciding to change because even though this happens, as you can imagine it's not often, and I kind of want "more".

I basically have the reverse problem of most people. I have the "hard part" (attraction) down easily but I have no idea about what should be the easier part (closing). It's not a lack of balls, I just do not know what to do at all. Is there a specific reading you guys would recommend for this or what? It's been especially getting on my nerves lately because I often get "the eyes" and IOI's that could only be more blatant if they literally said "fuck me" outloud, but I have zero experience with what to do here, so I hesitate and wind up not doing anything because my complete and total lack of experience leads me to think I am going to do something inappropriate.
