So im dissatisfied with my living situation, as is a plate (who I also work with, though indirectly. I know.) who is currently in the process of kicking out her shit bag ex (I KNOW).

Here's the thing, though, I am fully aware I am not to approach anything resembling an LTR with this chick. However, we could upgrade to a 2bdrm in the same complex, I would still get my man cave. We're both mutually tired of living with grimy people, get along really well, have similar interests (camping, music, etc.) She's responsible with work and paying bills (and I don't take that lightly with women, I've seen her in action and she gets the honorary chef stamp of approval).

But then there is the ever present fact that well be fucking on the reg.
