You tell them guy "I'm gonna set you up with my friend because I think you two will hit it off well". You tell the same to the girl. "I'm gonna set you up with a friend because I know you both will click well". If the guy objects, you tell him "you to just meet the girl and see if you like her, that is all", same objection for the girl. If the girl is ok to meet at a quiet bar, it's better. Nervious people need a drink or two in them to flow so if you can convince her, it is best. Try to leave them alone. You trust the guy and they don't need cupid looking over them during the date.
