What is the line between juggling multiple women and cheating?

it's only cheating if you've agreed to monogamy. however, I think it would be considerate to let people know you're seeing other people, although it's not necessarily required.

How would it go if these women found out about each other? Do you think any of them would consider it cheating? That's probably a good indicator between the line of juggling and cheating...

The most technical way of looking at it is if you've discussed monogamy and both parties understand it is a monogamous relationship, then you would be cheating if you slept with other women. Considering you haven't talked about it, I would say you're okay.

That being said, you may want to steer clear of acting overly "boyfriendy" with one/many of them and/or leading them to believe they're heading toward a monogamous relationship, unless you're planning on it with one of them

Many people assume monogamy based on behavior. If you want to not leave pissed off women behind, you might want to be explicit about your relationship.

It sounds like you know they would be upset, your call how you want to deal with that.
