Just do it, there is only so much reading and avoiding it you can do before you realise that this is the step you can't skip.

Push through the fear, even bring a buddy and make him push you. Hand him $100 and you don't get it back until you have done a proper approach.

The thing is before you approach you havent even BEGUN the journey. And when you do it you realise nothing bad happens and that you have so much more to learn.

There is no rejection at stage of approach, because she don't know you, so she doesn't have any information to accept or reject you. She can only choose to know you better, or not. No matter how good you are, even the best man in the world would be "rejected" at stage of approach, because many women are not interested to meet new guy at time of approach, no matter who he is.

And also (I've wasted A LOT of time to figuring this out) - don't do this to "feel good", or "because I want". You don't want approach her - this is a fact and you can't change it with your mindset. You are focused on pleasure, you want seduction to be fun and interesting, but this is impossible without enough experience. At beginning the only way is to do seduction because you NEED to do it, not because you want. You need to find enough reasons why you need to do this and accept the fact you don't want and then do it anyway. Not because you'll feel good later, but because you decide this is necessary.
