How do you rate the performance of women that have the same job as you?

Similar work results in my field. Different approach though. Women seem to care more about including everyone or every voice, giving all equal weight; this is undeserved IMO. There are quite a few females in mid-management supervisory positions, and they generally do their jobs well. There is one that lacks confidence and is not very good at risk assessment, but I don't think it is representative.

Female coworkers seem to have an easier time opening up customers. Customers see them as more approachable. Oddly, the less attractive the female coworker, the more customers approach ask for help from them.

They seem better at tedious jobs, like recovering areas wrecked by customers.

They seem to take every interaction personally. They are way more likely to get into shit fits with customers. Almost never "hold frame", and let rude customers mess up their performance.

Also lady managers are way more bossy. Constant shit tests. Way less about getting the job done, more about control and power.

Just a few observations.

I would never hire a woman for an IT job after seeing what they are like in University. It's not to say that men can't be completely and utterly incompetent, but the odds are much worse with the women.
