Typically I'd agree and amplify, but in this case I'd misinterpret it. Any phrase can be misinterpreted by "I wanna fuck you" or "I miss you". If you want a modular response, you can use "By [insert] you mean [insert]", but there are other ways. Either that or you can simply ignore it. "Hmm I'll decide soon. By the way bla bla bla". So agree & amplify, misinterpret it or ignore it.
