So now that that's out the way, let me tell you something about being alpha/beta Being alpha or beta is something you are born into. You don't get to choose. Nothing you will ever do can change your genetics. If you are born with the beta gene is basically a death sentence. No amount of weight lifting or training will ever help you. YOU SIMPLY CANNOT CHANGE YOUR GENES. YOU CANNOT REMOVE THE BETA GENE. Your genes are passed down from your heritage. You can't change it. I know most of you. I used to bully faggots like you all the time back in high school. 99% of the time, the beta faggots had beta faggot parents to match. If you are beta. Look no further than your parents. A lot of you will read this and be in denial. Some of you betas that have been picked on so badly decided to lift weights. Because you thought it would help. You thought lifting could wash away your pathetic genes but I assue you they are still alive and well. You will read this and be mad. You will say to yourself "I could fight him!" Truth is.
