Just ask. "Hey, X I'm headed to Y (bar or something) to grab a drink, would you like to come with/how about we go there together?"

All this while maintaining eye contact, when at the bar start seducing / flirting. Maintain frame and you're golden.

Don't stifle yourself worrying about this. Ask her out, she'll say yes or say no. If she does have a boyfriend then that's just how it goes. She'll know you're interested and maybe one day she'll be in the mood to hook up with you. If she says 'no' that should make you feel relaxed around her, not awkward, maybe that's just me, but once everything is on the table, I feel way more chill and open.

"There'll be X event/party/whatever. Me and my friends are gonna be there. You're cool, you should come". This isn't a trick, it's not like "Yeah, they left early, now it's just you and me!", actually go there with your friends to have fun and she can come if she wants to.
