It all starts with the moment you introduce yourself. Handshake should have a slight linger to it as you look her in the eye and say "hi, I'm insert name here". Push into her personal bubble, don't be passive with her personal space. You have to make it seem like you belong there and that she gets comfortable with it. At the same time don't be too pushy or give a "rapey" vibe. Make physical contact early and keep track of how she reacts every time you do it again afterwards.
