Talk to all of them, not just your "target" (whatever that PUA shit terminology is). This is important because it means you accept her friends as well, if you diss/ignore them you anger her. This is just basic human psychology here

Talk to them all. In my experience though, groups of 2-3 girls are the most interested in meeting guys.

To address your internet question: If you're interested in her, get a small convo going in-person. Some kind of exchange that has meaning and can be carried on naturally.

Add her on Facebook/whatever you use later that evening. Don't wait more than a day or two. At that point you become that guy she met 3 days ago that's been thinking about her for a few days but just got around to sending a request. Not a good image, IMO.

After adding her, wait a bit, then message about something relevant. Not "Hey, what's up?" Something like "Hey, do you know who took the group pics? I really want to see em!" Get a conversation going from this. Carry it on a bit, be flirty, bid her goodnight.

Next time you see her, you have a conversation starter, you have a rapport established, and you can more confidently approach her and get things moving. In her mind, she has a logical reason to be talking to you. You aren't just some guy that approached her out of the blue.

As always, YMMV, but I've found this to be incredibly helpful in my dating/hookup/social life in general.
