Little intro. I (22m) work construction, and I sometimes eat lunch nearby. This girl(22f) I met works at one of the shops I frequent. She's the manager actually. Anyways, we did small talk here and there and I could tell she's interested/shy around me. I was slow at first to escalate, as for my work I have to remain professional. One thing led to the other and the next thing I know she gives me her number saying "text me tonight". So I did obviously. No reply. Next day 24 hours from initial text (approx 6 pm when I got home and settled) intent again. No reply for a few hours then the "omg I'm bad at phones I'm Really sorry I missed ur text. what's up!?" I then replied back and got no response again. (Her co workers had told me way previous she is bad at her phone, plus she's told me some of her backstory and she hasn't really had a phone before. And my best friend suffers this same travesty so i don't think much of it). Anyway, I decided fuck it I'll ask her out in person. I did and she said yes very excitedly, however this weekend (Halloween weekend) she is busy so how about next weekend. Mind you she works a lot so I can understand all the loose connection. Anyways I like her a lot but i don't want to be pushy or seem over eager. What do I do? When do I text her?
