There are 2 possible approaches here:

Hang out with her and make a move. If she rejects ,you know where you stand. If she accepts,congrats!
Direct approach. To do this, you need to be very confident. Tell her that you have been noticing her and her behaviour towards you. You are attracted to her and would love to have sex with her.

There is nothing wrong with either of these approaches. It comes down to your personal taste. However, if I were in your position, I would have gone for direct approach.

Just out of curiosity, if she is being touchy towards you how are you responding to her? Are you being touchy towards her as well?

I have no idea what IOI means and I rarely enter this sub because I don’t believe in dissecting another person’s behavior. But if you’re into her, ask her out. Worst she says is no.
