If A got feelings for you and you got feeling for her, that's your answer right there and then, you gotta go for her.

That's also your best from their dynamics perspective. Because asking B out is more likely to lead A to veto the decision. If they're really so close B would probably choose her friend rather than you. I don't agree with trugg that the two girls will not care. They do care. I even had some girls get very snippy at me once I made my move on their GF and not on them.

So there you have, A seems your best bet for both your personal chemistry and the interactions between the two.

B's not interested in you personally. She's interested in the person dating A. You'd be surprised how competitive some girls can get when it comes to dating.

Second you try anything with B her intrest will die and you'll have lost both

Girl A, She is reeeally into me. She is physically attractive and she got feelings for me. Everytime I'm around, she looks at me. I might yeah have feelings for her as well. She is caring, she makes sure she gives me as much attention she can give when I'm around.

Might have feelings for her? Let's be real here: Sounds like you really don't. Not if you're so amped up about Girl B. If there were feelings you wouldn't be using the word, might.

Girl B, She is into me but not as much as girl A. Girl B already made a move on Me. Girl B directly asked me in front of her best friend if I am dating anyone... Girl B IS WAY MORE PHYSICALLY ATTRACTIVE than Girl A.

That wasn't a move. She was gathering information for her friend.

Also, it doesn't matter in this equation, how attractive you think she is.

I got feelings for Girl A but on the other side I haven't dated a girl hot as Girl B. So now I can't decide. There are two choices.

Honestly, neither choice sounds great, but it depends on what you want.

Girl A sounds okay as a fling for you, because you're not really that into her. It sounds like she wouldn't be looking for just a fling though.
Girl B just seems to be working for Girl A and her positive behavior towards you, unless you're leaving something out, reads mostly as her supporting Girl A. Girl B doesn't appear to be a real option here.
